Terms
SpaceTime uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). We do not provide a separate custom end-user license agreement.
Read the Apple Standard EULALicense
Your license to download and use SpaceTime is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold. If anything on this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls the license terms.
Free app and History unlock
SpaceTime is intended to be available as a free app. Its core timer does not require a subscription. History is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks access to saved session details, notes, voice notes, and optional heart-rate traces.
The App Store displays the price and any applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payment, provides receipts, manages purchase restoration, and applies its rules for billing and refunds. Availability, pricing, and App Store features can vary by storefront.
Health and safety
SpaceTime is a timer and visualization tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, monitor, prevent, or treat any condition. Its optional heart-rate display depends on samples Apple Health makes available and does not guarantee continuous or real-time heart-rate measurement. Do not use SpaceTime for emergencies or safety-critical timing.
Availability and changes
SpaceTime is currently in development. Features described on this website may change before App Store release. Once released, updates may add, change, or remove features as allowed by the Standard EULA and applicable law.
Privacy
SpaceTime’s data practices are described in the SpaceTime Privacy Policy. Apple separately handles App Store transactions and device services under its own policies.
Apple terms
In addition to the Standard EULA, your use of the App Store and in-app purchases is subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
