Privacy Policy

SpaceTime is built to work without sending your personal information to Charles Miller IT Consulting, LLC (“CMIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We do not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data through the app.

The short version

There is no SpaceTime account. The app contains no advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics SDK, or third-party marketing SDK. Your timer history, settings, notes, voice recordings, and optional heart-rate samples stay in the app’s local storage on your device. SpaceTime does not upload those materials to CMIT.

Information stored on your device

SpaceTime can store the following information locally so the app can provide the features you choose to use:

  • timer settings and visual preferences;
  • completed or manually ended timer sessions;
  • text notes and optional voice-note recordings; and
  • heart-rate samples associated with a session, only when you enable Health access.

This information remains inside SpaceTime’s app container on your device. Deleting SpaceTime from your device deletes its locally stored app data, subject to the device’s backup and restoration behavior. App Store purchase records remain with Apple.

Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If you grant permission, SpaceTime reads heart-rate samples that HealthKit makes available during a timer so the visual field can respond to your pulse and the samples can be kept with that local session. SpaceTime does not write data to Health, upload Health data, use Health data for advertising, or share Health data with third parties.

You can manage Health permissions at any time in the Health or Settings app on your device. SpaceTime is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, or emergency use.

Microphone

Microphone access is optional and requested only if you choose to record a voice note after a timer. Recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by SpaceTime.

App Store purchases

SpaceTime uses Apple StoreKit for the optional one-time History unlock. Apple processes the transaction and provides SpaceTime with the entitlement status needed to unlock or restore the feature. CMIT does not receive your payment-card details through SpaceTime. Apple may process purchase, storefront, device, and diagnostic information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

This website

The SpaceTime product and legal pages do not use cookies, advertising, analytics, or fingerprinting. If you leave these pages for an external website, that site’s practices apply.

Children’s privacy

Because SpaceTime does not collect personal data through the app, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If SpaceTime’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the changed practice applies. A future version that introduces collection would require a revised disclosure.
